This stuff really relieves pain, for a very long time. The key ingredient is Arnica, an herb with amazing properties. Rub on some Glacier (a camphor-type scent) or Simply Ice (disipates to a baby powder scent) and feel the Arnica working. This is not meant to be an "Icy-Hot" type product. Some say it cools and others say it feels a little warm but all say "Wow, what relief." For additonal relief try waiting twenty minutes after applying and then take a hot shower or bath.
