All the wood is kiln dried before the knife making begins therefore preventing any cracking and/or warping. The blades are custom made stainless steel with an edge that will never need sharpening - for life. The LoneShot is one-of-a-kind. Pictures cannot do it justice. For those of you that have seen it and have seen the demonstration, you know what I mean. The "face" of the Longhorn removes and is placed upside down revealing a salt well. The horns remove and a knife is the result for the handy cutting of lemons or limes or cheese or whatever.
